Elevator fittings

The release works with all types of panels (single speed, two speed, VVVF control), regardless of the manufacturer. The release works with 48Vdc (4 batteries 12V in series) and is activated as soon as the monitor notices a problem in the central supply (PPC) - Power outage, voltage drop, phase change. The release board has two outputs, one three-phase and one single-phase, via inverter, to power the motor and the panel respectively.

When activated, the lock electromagnet is powered and the safety circuit is switched on and checked. When the circuit is closed, then the engine is tested to start in both directions, in order to select the direction that consumes less energy.

Immediately after, the release starts, with the motor being fed with low alternating voltage and frequency. The release process stops as soon as the arrival of the chamber at a standstill is noticed.

Integrated in each Conventional Panel

Operates with 4 12V / 7Ah Batteries, maintaining the Control of the Safety Circuit, Works with all types of Conventional Elevator Tables (1 - 2 Speeds, VVVF Control), regardless of the Manufacturer.
